A man, 54, of unknown occupation, was arrested for keeping a girl, who had been missing since last month, in his home. The man apparently recognized the girl as his favorite cartoon character. The girl had a laceration on her throat. The girl told him that she had given up on going home. Four cameras used to monitor the girl were seized from the man's house.
